On July 25, 2014, the Energy efficiency and climate change mitigation in the ASEAN Region (or TCC, transport & climate change) cooperated with Department of Environment, Ministry of Transport (Vietnam) to organise a Transport NAMA selection workshop at Movenpick Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam. The workshop brought together participants from different relevant agencies/departments

to provide subject matter experts’ opinions and prioritize the identified policies/projects by evaluating them against a set of criteria. The next step is to standardise the scores of these policies given by the workshop participants in consultation with international experts and the Ministry of Transport, in order to short-list them as Transport NAMA potentials. Once they are short-listed, one policy will be selected to be developed into a NAMA proposal.
